Habibollah Bourbour is a well-connected businessman who bankrolls the election campaigns of principlist (right-wing) candidates and shapes the conservative political landscape of Iran.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout his career, Bourbour has held executive-level positions in various bonyads, ministries, government agencies, financial institutions, and charities despite lacking the professional background that\u2019s usually considered necessary. His primary qualification for these lucrative posts appears to be his close connection to the family of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of the conservative camp have accused him of manipulating elections by using his political and business clout to remove even prominent politicians from candidate lists and replace them with his cronies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mehrnews.com\/news\/4226605\/%D8%AD%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%A8-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87-%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%AF%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%B1%DA%A9%D9%84-%D8%AC%D9%85%D8%B9%DB%8C%D8%AA-%D9%88%D9%81%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%82%D9%84%D8%A7%D8%A8-%D8%A7%D8%B3%D9%84%D8%A7%D9%85%DB%8C-%D8%B4%D8%AF\">secretary general of the Association of Islamic Revolution Loyalists<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.farsnews.ir\/news\/13980202001182\/%D8%AD%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%A8%E2%80%8C%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87-%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%B1%D8%A6%DB%8C%D8%B3-%D9%81%D8%B1%D8%A7%DA%A9%D8%B3%DB%8C%D9%88%D9%86-%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%88%D9%84%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%AE%D8%A7%D9%86%D9%87-%D8%A7%D8%AD%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%A8-%D8%B4%D8%AF\">currently heads the Principlist faction<\/a> in the House of Parties of Iran, a government-funded umbrella organization of legal political groupings.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the 2020 Majles elections, when prominent principlist figures such as Hamid Rasaee were dropped from the conservative <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yjc.ir\/fa\/news\/7248235\/%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%82-%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%B3%D8%AA-%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B3%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%84%D9%86%D8%AF\">list of candidates<\/a>, critics held Bourbour responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe son-in-law of one of the members in the [principlist] coalition is on the list,\u201d Rasaee wrote in an <a href=\"https:\/\/fararu.com\/fa\/news\/429949\/%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%B4%D8%A7%DA%AF%D8%B1%DB%8C-%D8%AD%D9%85%DB%8C%D8%AF-%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%A7%DB%8C%DB%8C-%D8%B9%D9%84%DB%8C%D9%87-%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%B3%D8%AA-%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%AD%D8%AF-%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%88%D9%84%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%86\">open letter<\/a>. \u201cWhat are his executive, political, and cultural qualifications?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A quick look at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yjc.ir\/fa\/news\/7248235\/%D8%B3%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%A8%D9%82-%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%B3%D8%AA-%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B3%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%84%D9%86%D8%AF\">list<\/a> suggests that the relative in question is Bourbour\u2019s son-in-law <a href=\"https:\/\/www.parliran.ir\/majles\/fa\/Content\/representatives6742\/%D9%85%D8%AC%D8%AA%D8%A8%DB%8C-%D8%B1%D8%B6%D8%A7%D8%AE%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%8757184\">Mojtaba Rezakhah<\/a>, a university professor who founded two startup companies in 2019 but had no previous experience in politics. Rezakhah went on to win a seat in parliament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rasaee continued to voice his anger, declaring in a <a href=\"http:\/\/modara.ir\/fa\/news\/102146\/%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%AF-%D8%B4%D8%AF%DB%8C%D8%AF-%D8%AD%D9%85%DB%8C%D8%AF-%D8%B1%D8%B3%D8%A7%DB%8C%DB%8C-%D8%A8%D9%87-%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%88%D9%84%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%86-%D9%BE\/\">tweet<\/a> that <a href=\"https:\/\/donya-e-eqtesad.com\/%D8%A8%D8%AE%D8%B4-%D8%B3%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%AA-%D8%AE%D9%88%D8%A7%D9%86-62\/3629274-%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%B9%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%A7%D8%B5%D9%88%D9%84%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%AF%D8%B1%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%87-%D9%86%D8%AA%DB%8C%D8%AC%D9%87-%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA\">the principlist list consisted of<\/a> \u201csponsors, mediocres, sons-in-law and yes men.\u201d Rezakhah <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MojtabaRezakhah\/status\/1232015045552414722?s=20\">claimed<\/a> via tweet that Bourbour was not involved in his selection.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Early Career<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public records of Bourbour\u2019s early career are fragmentary. According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kazeroonnema.ir\/fa\/news\/18380\/%D9%86%D9%85%D8%A7%DB%8C%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%87-%DA%A9%D8%A7%D8%B2%D8%B1%D9%88%D9%86%DB%8C-%D8%AA%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B1%D8%A7-%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%B4%D8%AA%D8%B1-%D8%A8%D8%B4%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B3%DB%8C%D9%85\">Iranian media<\/a>, he was one of the members of the Khomeini welcoming committee, an influential body that organized the mass celebration of the ayatollah\u2019s return to Tehran from exile in 1979. \u200c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aparat.com\/v\/XHyue\">own account<\/a>, Bourbour joined the IRGC soon after its inception and was the commander of Imam Ali Barracks, which <a href=\"https:\/\/defapress.ir\/fa\/news\/30517\/%D9%BE%D8%A7%D8%AF%DA%AF%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%A7%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%85-%D8%B9%D9%84%DB%8C%D8%B9-%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AF%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%A7%DA%A9%D8%B2-%D8%A2%D9%85%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B4-%D9%86%D8%B8%D8%A7%D9%85%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%B9%D9%84%DB%8C-%D8%B1%DA%AF%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%B1%DB%8C\">trains<\/a> guardsmen\u2014 including, opposition groups <a href=\"https:\/\/farsi.alarabiya.net\/fa\/iran\/2017\/02\/15\/-%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B1%D9%89-%D9%85%D9%84%D9%89-%D9%85%D9%82%D8%A7%D9%88%D9%85%D8%AA-%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B3%D9%BE%D8%A7%D9%87-%D9%BE%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-14-%D9%85%D8%B1%DA%A9%D8%B2-%D8%A2%D9%85%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B4%D9%89-%D8%A8%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%89-%D9%86%DB%8C%D8%B1%D9%88%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%AE%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%AC%DB%8C-%D8%AF%D8%A7%DB%8C%D8%B1-%DA%A9%D8%B1%D8%AF%D9%87-%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA\">claim<\/a>, members of the Quds Force. He describes having participated in the IRGC operation to end the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/archive\/politics\/1979\/08\/19\/khomeini-as-military-chief-orders-kurdish-revolt-crushed\/7ef59251-2429-44fd-ba41-b6117603506d\/\">Paveh Rebellion<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"9676908713\"><script type=\"text\/JavaScript\" src=\"https:\/\/www.aparat.com\/embed\/XHyue?data%5Brnddiv%5D=9676908713&amp;data%5Bresponsive%5D=yes&amp;startTime=322\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was also <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kazeroonnema.ir\/fa\/news\/18380\/%D9%86%D9%85%D8%A7%DB%8C%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%87-%DA%A9%D8%A7%D8%B2%D8%B1%D9%88%D9%86%DB%8C-%D8%AA%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B1%D8%A7-%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%B4%D8%AA%D8%B1-%D8%A8%D8%B4%D9%86%D8%A7%D8%B3%DB%8C%D9%85\">in charge of<\/a> the assets of the Revolutionary Court, which confiscated the property of \u201ccounterrevolutionaries.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Habibollah Bourbour\u2019s Political-Business Network<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"flourish-embed flourish-hierarchy\" data-src=\"visualisation\/4511536\"><script src=\"https:\/\/public.flourish.studio\/resources\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Charities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2020, Bourbour founded <strong>Rahmat-e Vase\u2019eh Bonyad<\/strong> along with Mahmoud Lolachian, who is related to the supreme leader. Lolachian is the father-in-law of Khamenei\u2019s youngest son, Meysam Khamenei. Rahmat-e Vase\u2019eh Bonyad is a charity devoted to the impoverished.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour is the current chairman of the board of <strong>Khayerin Omid Keshvar, <\/strong>which describes itself as a \u201cnon-political, not-for-profit, non-governmental, and volunteer\u201d institution that \u201cfacilitates charitable projects and regulates charitable affairs across the country.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour is also one of the founding members of the <strong>Society of Charities Donating to Women\u2019s Seminaries<\/strong>. This conservative institution\u2019s articles of association state that it was founded to \u201cinstitutionalize balanced, durable, and religious families based on Islamic teachings,\u201d to \u201chelp the independence of seminaries through popular participation and donations,\u201d and to \u201chelp women grow to protect family values.\u201d Despite its focus on women\u2019s issues, there is only one woman, Khadijeh Neyzari, among its nine board members. Neyzari is also on the board of Khayerin Omid Keshvar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was also one of the founding members of the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200217124521\/http:\/\/www.mkhk.ir:80\/fa\/profile?group=founding+board\"><strong>National Council of Charities<\/strong><\/a><strong> (NCC)<\/strong>, an umbrella NGO comprising <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200420131434\/http:\/\/mkhk.ir\/fa\/home\/about\">eight family-owned foundations<\/a>. Other NCC founding members include former justice and interior minister Mostafa Pourmohammadi, former education minister Hossein Mozaffar, and longtime politician Abbas Sheybani. Bourbour formerly chaired the board of the <strong>National Association of Charities Constructing Homes<\/strong>. This charity, where he remains a board member, collects donations to \u201cbuild cheap homes.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Government Jobs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u200cBourbour has served in various ministries over the course of his career.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Justice Ministry\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2015, then justice minister Mostafa Pourmohammadi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isna.ir\/news\/94050502306\/%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%B5%D8%A7%D8%A8-%D9%85%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%88%D9%86-%D8%AA%D9%88%D8%B3%D8%B9%D9%87-%D9%85%D8%AF%DB%8C%D8%B1%DB%8C%D8%AA-%D9%88-%D9%BE%D8%B4%D8%AA%DB%8C%D8%A8%D8%A7%D9%86%DB%8C-%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%AA-%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF%DA%AF%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%B1%DB%8C\">appointed Bourbour<\/a> as his deputy for development and management. Both <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200217124521\/http:\/\/www.mkhk.ir:80\/fa\/profile?group=founding+board\">Pourmohammadi and Bourbour<\/a> were among the founding members of the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200217124521\/http:\/\/www.mkhk.ir:80\/fa\/profile?group=founding+board\">National Council of Charities<\/a> (NCC). The two have a close relationship and when Pourmohammadi launched his presidential bid in 2012, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.javanonline.ir\/fa\/news\/503253\/%D8%A2%D8%BA%D8%A7%D8%B2-%D8%A8%D9%87-%D9%83%D8%A7%D8%B1-%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D8%AF%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%A7%D9%86%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%B5%D8%B7%D9%81%DB%8C-%D9%BE%D9%88%D8%B1%D9%85%D8%AD%D9%85%D8%AF%DB%8C\">Bourbour became his campaign manager<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Environment Protection Organization (EPO)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mehrnews.com\/news\/4088799\/%D8%AD%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%A8-%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87-%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%B1%D8%A6%DB%8C%D8%B3-%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%86-%D9%85%D8%AD%DB%8C%D8%B7-%D8%B2%DB%8C%D8%B3%D8%AA-%D8%B4%D8%AF\">appointed<\/a> as an advisor to the head of the EPO, Issa Kalantari, in 2017.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Interior Ministry<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He ran the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mehrnews.com\/news\/773762\/%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%AA%D8%B5%D8%A7%D8%A8%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%AC%D8%AF%DB%8C%D8%AF-%D8%AF%D8%B1-%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%B4%D9%87%D8%B1%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%B1%DB%8C%D9%87%D8%A7-%D9%88-%D8%AF%D9%87%DB%8C%D8%A7%D8%B1%DB%8C%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C-%DA%A9%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%B1\">Iran Municipalities Organization<\/a> in 2008 and <a href=\"https:\/\/ana.press\/fa\/news\/14\/267239\/%D8%AD%D8%A8%DB%8C%D8%A8%E2%80%8C%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%84%D9%87-%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%B9%D8%B6%D9%88-%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%A7%D8%AC%D8%AA%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B9%DB%8C-%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%AA-%DA%A9%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%B4%D8%AF\">was appointed<\/a> to the Interior Ministry\u2019s Social Council in 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Education Ministry\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Head of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asriran.com\/fa\/news\/55485\/%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A8%D9%88%D8%B1-%D8%AD%D8%AA%DB%8C-%D8%A7%DA%AF%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%B3%D8%A7%D9%81%D8%B1%DA%A9%D8%B4-%D8%B4%D9%88%D9%85-%D8%A8%D9%87-%D8%A2%D9%85%D9%88%D8%B2%D8%B4%E2%80%8C%D9%88%D9%BE%D8%B1%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%B4-%D8%A8%D8%B1%D9%86%D9%85%DB%8C%E2%80%8C%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%AF%D9%85\">Organization for the Renovation, Development and Furnishing of Schools<\/a> for eight years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>State Welfare Organization of Iran<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He <a href=\"http:\/\/www.behzisti.ir\/news\/17996\/%D8%A7%D8%B9%D8%B6%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%B1%DA%A9%D8%B2%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%B4%D8%A7%D8%B1%DA%A9%D8%AA-%D9%87%D8%A7%DB%8C-%D9%85%D8%B1%D8%AF%D9%85%DB%8C-%D8%B3%D8%A7%D8%B2%D9%85%D8%A7%D9%86-%D8%A8%D9%87%D8%B2%DB%8C%D8%B3%D8%AA%DB%8C-%DA%A9%D8%B4%D9%88%D8%B1-%D9%85%D9%86%D8%B5%D9%88%D8%A8\">is a member<\/a> of the Welfare Organization\u2019s Popular Donations Central Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Agriculture Ministry and Agricultural Jihad<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He was the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aparat.com\/v\/bflWY\">director general of Tehran\u2019s Agriculture Organization<\/a> for seven years.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Tehran Metro Company\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Public records show that Bourbour replaced Mohsen Hashemi Rafsanjani on the board of this company, owned by Tehran Municipality, in 2013 and remained in this position until at least April 2018. At the time of Bourbour\u2019s appointment to the Tehran Metro Company, his fellow board members included <a href=\"https:\/\/tehranbureau.com\/former-tehran-mayor-qalibafs-international-business-network\/\">Seyyed Jafar Tashakori Hashemi<\/a>, a member of former mayor and coservative MP Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf\u2019s network, and Hossein Mohammadpour Zarandi, another close Qalibaf ally and the CEO of Bank-e Shahr. The bonyad continues to have well-connected politicians on its board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Social Security Investment Co. (Tamin)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was also involved with <a href=\"https:\/\/tehranbureau.com\/doublethink\/a-two-billion-dollar-tehran-exchange-sell-off-offers-little-remedy-to-irans-covid19-crisis\/\">Tamin<\/a> holdings. In the early 2010s, he was board chairman and later vice chairman and board member of Sadr Tamin Investment Holding; board chairman and later vice chairman of Tamin Cement Investment Co (over a five-year period); and vice chairman of Fars &amp; Khuzestan Cement Co (for four years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Bank Mellat\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour has been extensively involved with Bank Mellat subsidiaries, often representing the interests of the bank on various company boards.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His positions with Bank Mellat subsidiaries include:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Mellat Financial Group<\/strong> \u2014 Vice Chairman<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This company has ties to BTS and EIKO. Fellow board member Mohammad Ebrahim Mohammadpour Zarandi is extensively involved with BTS companies (e.g., Amin Investment Bank and Tidewater Middle East Co.), Ghadir Investment, and <a href=\"https:\/\/tehranbureau.com\/doublethink\/where-did-irans-disappeared-oil-companies-go\/\">Nogam Oil &amp; Gas<\/a>. Mohammadpour Zarandi is also connected to EIKO (e.g., Karafarin Bank Leasing) and the Qalibaf network\u2019s Mohammad Baqer Zamir Khorsandi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Behsaz<\/strong> \u2014 Board Chairman<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bank Mellat\u2013owned Behsaz is a trade, service, and investment holding company with 11 subsidiaries, according to its <a href=\"http:\/\/behsazcom.ir\/%d8%af%d8%b1%d8%a8%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%87-%d9%85%d8%a7\/\">website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Jam-e Mellat Structural Development Management Group<\/strong> \u2014 Board Chairman<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was one of the founding members of Jam-e Mellat Group, which was established on June 24, 2014. The company was dissolved on February 25, 2018. The company\u2019s articles of incorporation show that during its short lifespan it was meant to be an \u201cimport-export and investment company\u201d that was a \u201cwholesaler of construction material,\u201d selling and transporting \u201cconstruction and road work machinery.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Peyriz Bonyan Marsous Behsaz<\/strong> \u2014 Board Chairman<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bourbour was one of the founders of this company, launched on July 20, 2011, and he continued to serve on its board for several years. Peyriz Bonyan Marsous was set up to \u201cbuild commercial\u00a0 and office complexes,\u201d\u00a0 invest in \u201cproduction, industry, trade, agriculture, mass construction,\u201d and \u201cestablish subsidiaries and branches\u00a0 in the country and abroad.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Other members of the company\u2019s board include Mehdi Moqaddasi and Seyyed Hassan Qaleh-Noei. <a href=\"http:\/\/saten.ir\/106143\/%D8%A8%DB%8C%D9%88%DA%AF%D8%B1%D8%A7%D9%81%DB%8C-%D9%85%D9%87%D8%AF%DB%8C-%D9%85%D9%82%D8%AF%D8%B3%DB%8C-%D9%86%D9%85%D8%A7%DB%8C%D9%86%D8%AF%D9%87-%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%DA%A9-%D8%AF%D8%B1-%D9%85%D8%AC\/\">Moqaddasi<\/a> is the current <a href=\"https:\/\/rc.majlis.ir\/fa\/parliament_member\/show\/968556\">MP for Arak<\/a> and was formerly the mayor of Karaj.
